Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Leopoldo is an autonomous AI agent platform available at leopoldo.ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service — The Leopoldo platform, including web application, API, and all related tools and features.
• Pack — A collection of domain-specific AI skills available for one-time purchase.
• Subscription — A recurring plan granting access to platform features and usage tiers.
• User — Any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Service.
• Skill — An individual AI capability module within a Pack.

3. Registration and Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@leopoldo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Products and Pricing

• Packs — One-time purchases processed via LemonSqueezy in USD. Each Pack grants permanent access to the included Skills.
• Subscriptions — Recurring plans processed via Stripe in EUR. Subscriptions grant access to platform features and usage tiers.
• Custom Skills — On-demand development available by separate agreement.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Payments

Pack purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT collection and remittance. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. All payment disputes should be directed to the respective payment processor.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

7. Fair Use

Usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

Automated access, scraping, or any use that places disproportionate load on the Service is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that violate fair use.

8. AI Disclaimer

All outputs generated by Leopoldo are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You should exercise independent professional judgment before acting on any AI-generated output. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The SkillOS engine is released under the MIT open-source license. Skill Packs are proprietary and licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Packs for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from proprietary Skill Packs without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
